Could be a hijacked account, pushing for the paperwork before eBay kill the account..

I'd be wary indeed, someone buying "blind" for £30k.

Have you marked it as a collection only item?

QR codes are usually on eBay for an item which is down as local collection where the seller would come to your house with a QR code that you scan which confirms collection of the item?

Sounds a little iffy on the face of it but then I wouldn't blind buy a reg from someone on eBay for 30k
