When driven hard, the engine lets out a smoke screen, changed oil air separator as advised by Porsche specialist, still does it any advice.. apart from redlining it.
I had this once with my Cayman R when the car was parked on a rearwards facing slope (due the positioning of the piston rings allowing some oil into the top-end ?? Once only) ... and then with a '73 2.4S before the engine had been properly run-in ... it's just a theory !!

Was the replacement an OEM part? If not, change it again. While you’re at it check the crankcase hoses. Even with a little bit of oil in the crankcase, it shouldn’t blow that much smoke that it is visible.
My 986 did this, changed the AOS, still did it. Dropped around a litre of oil out of it and it's been fine since. You will have a lot of oil sat in the plenum pipework so worth removing and cleaning out.
