I need some help. Currently running a 2018 Toyota Auris hybrid. Its done 140k miles of trouble free lessons. Only ever needed servicing, tyres, brakes & wipers (wheels could do with a refurb though)
Had a Yaris hybrid before & that was equally reliable although I did a lot less miles in it.

Initially I was just going to buy a 2/3 year old Corolla of similar spec. I like leather interior, heated seats & a reverse camera.

I'm tempted by an EV but it's a total unknown to me. I can charge at home but some weeks I'll spend a few days in my girlfriends place so I might need to publicly charge.

I like the look & spec of the Astra E Ultimate but I've heard mixed opinions on the Stellantis stuff.
An MG4 or ZS would fit my requirements but I believe they're a bit unreliable.

Basically I'm looking foe something of a similar size & hatchback. I'd go a bit bigger if need be. Looking to spend upto £18000 (this includes what I think my Auris is worth)

I do approximately 25k miles pa

I'm also exploring the idea of running 2 cars as I miss driving something interesting. I'd like a jaguar xk.

Please help confused

If I were you I'd buy another Toyota hybrid, they sound ideal for your usage.

I'm definitely swaying that way as they've been so reliable thus far
