Wheel centre bore enlargement

Can anyone recommend anywhere in the South that carries out centre bore enlargement?
Typically needs to be a precision engineering firm but one that has done this type of work before.
I've contacted a few, many either don't have the equipment or wheels aren't their speciality, so they can't guarantee not damaging the wheels in the process.
I appreciate it's quite niche, but not that niche of a request and I'm convinced there must be places out there that do this type of work.
For some context, the centre bore of my wheels have increased slightly (likely due to multiple poor refurbishments over the years), meaning that there is play when they are placed on the hub, causing wheel wobble at speed. The difference is less than 1mm, so I can't buy spigot rings to solve the issue in the size requried, hence need to re-bore by say 10mm and then buy 10mm spigots.
Causing quite the headache, but still less of a headache than a whole new set of wheels to solve the issue.
Appreciate any recommendations.

These guys down in Woolston have done some work for me in the past, when my regular marching chap didn’t have the size capacity in his lathe. They will probably best respond if you pop in. They’re also quite proud of what they do, and may give you a quick tour.
