BBC and the Winter Olympics

Extensive coverage over the last couple of weeks but FFS so bloody frustrating.
On BBC1 were now going to XYZ programme here and the Olympics (usually in the middle of something) is moving to BBC2
Or the other way around depending upon the time of day or if someone wants to watch a repeat of Pointless
We'll continue coverage on the iPlayer, so if you haven't got iPlayer, tough s
t.
On iPlayer, we're moving this now to BBC2 so if you want to continue watching (of course I bloody want to continue watching) move now to BBC whatever.
Then when you move over, it's not on, it's still the end of the previous programme, then an advert for some other programme, then the beginning of the Olympics programme then someone telling you what's happened - just put the bloody sport on.
Halfway through a particular sport coverage they go off and after a 5 minute discussion in the studio show a prerecorded biop of one of the skiers in a different sport to what you've been watching.
