How would you fix this brickwork?

Of the 3 pipes only one is connected, irs been like it for years only it was hidden behind a bush.
I’m thinking cut flush the two unused ones and fill with mortar, any better ideas?
And change the used one to black?

Find some replacement bricks that match ( or very similar ). Remove the waste pipes you dont want, break out the damaged bricks and cement the new ones in.

Have a look at broadlandscapes on YouTube. He uses white tile adhesive and brick dye to mix into a paste to fill the hole, then different brushes etc to get the texture of the brick. Fascinating stuff from a mega talented tradesman

Drill mortar around bricks (with pipes not in use) then remove and replace bricks. Either find similar, via brick finder or just find close and remove some bricks from less conspicuous place.

Paint it black with metal paint. Usually a good idea anyway as the plastic isn't completely UV stable so outdoors it needs protection.

Grow a bush in front of it.

I've filled similar holes with mortar and when almost gone off, used a pointing tool and a screwdriver point to form the mortartto match the brick and the mortar line.

Then coloured the brick in with red fence seal or similar mixed with black car polish to match the colour. If you take your time it can be almost indistinguishable,

Some ideas depending upon how fussy you are:

What I'd do? Buy some mortar dye in red, fill the holes, forget about it.

You can neaten up the one you want to keep with a collar sugged up to the brickwork.

Cut the damaged ones out and replace them , they look like Staffordshire multi rustic , easily available

Thanks for all the ideas, I was hoping there might be some magic filler that I’d never heard of.
I think I’ll either get a local bricky in and do it properly or just plant another bush.

I was going to suggest "Soudal Repair Express Cement", but this looks even better. I just need to work out what colour I would need.
