Where are all the 981 Spyders?
Discussion
There's a Facebook group where cars seem to be advertised. I know last summer when one of my friends was looking to go from a 981 GTS to a Spyder, that there were very few available (and that was peak buying time) and he was looking for a couple of months.
My friend bought his from RPM Technik and literally spotted it within 1 hr of it being listed - you might want to contact RPM as another friend sold his 981 GTS on SOR with them as well and it didn't even get advertised before someone bought it.

I was considering one of these last year after i sold my 981 GT4 which I loved. Problem was it was impossible to teat drive as there was only 2 on the market a long longway from me. I tried a 718 spyder but it felt a bit dead compared to my gt4.
I worried the 981 might be a bit ‘soft’ after the gt4. Ended up getting an V6 Exige 350 and 991 turbo s which is a great combo bit Im still wondering if the 981 spyder would ofbeen a better choice

As I'm currently weighing up options, ive been down a similar thought process. I worried the 981 might be a bit soft after the gt4. Ended up getting an V6 Exige 350 and 991 turbo s which is a great combo bit Im still wondering if the 981 spyder would ofbeen a better choice
Appreciate your views on the 718 Spyder however, the 718 does at least get the same setup the GT4 gets.
No so the 981 Spyder from what I've read.
