Feedback: Is this a "good" gift for an enthusiast?
Discussion
Hi all, I'm looking for some honest feedback from people who actually get car culture.
My best mate has two Peugeots which he loves: a 1995 205 Mardi Gras (M-reg) and a 2001 106 (Y-reg). I don't really know much about cars myself, but for his birthday I’ve sourced the original dealer brochures for his cars:
A Mardi Gras specific Brochure
A Feb '95 Brochure for his Jan '95 registered 205
A Feb '96 "End of the line" 205 brochure
A Mar '01 brochure for his March '01 registered 106 (I had to track this one down from a specialist memorabilia site in France).
As someone who doesn't share the hobby, I’m worried that these are just 'nice-to-have' bits of paper that might land a bit flat. But I was told that for an enthusiast having the exact month-matched literature is a big deal.
Thanks in advance!
