When an assassination links a veteran MI5 agent to a conspiracy, he races to find the truth and protect his career, marriage, and country
Not your average over the top spy thriller, thought it started off a bit slow and seemed like it was going to be a weak offering but turned out to be ok by the end. 6/10

Maverick lead character who gets results but doesn't follow the rules
By the book boss on his case
Trouble at home, they love each other but can't communicate
Meet ups in oddly empty multi storey car parks
etc etc
If they aren't getting AI to write their scripts already they soon will be

I thought it was quite good. I m surprised the tech bod for MI5 was some dude on a PC in the basement but, naturally, he has instant access to every CCTV camera everywhere
That’s true because it’s also the case on Slow Horses…… mind Mossad also seemed to have access to every CCTV system in Iran on Apples “Tehran”, but that actually may well be true!

I thought it was disappointing. I couldn't get past drug dealers getting involved in something like that, drug dealing being pretty lucrative, I would have thought. Very weak plot I thought. I like Sean Evans as the young Morse, but this didn't work for me. I think they are setting it up for another season, but not for me.
