Muggins here dropped a heavy wrench and caused this hairline crack. Most of it barely even catches with a nail, it hasn't cracked all the way through. Just a bit annoying because all the other tiles are blemish free apart from one which has a small chip I managed to fill in with resin.
Milliput won't work as I'd need something as thin as water to sit in the groove. Just a case of living with it and being more careful next time? I assume it can't be polished out like swirls on car paint?

You can get "magic men" that will fix that for you in a couple of hours!

Paint touch up experts.
