My kids found my old Playstation One, Gamecube and Gameboy in the garage and asked if we could set it up.

Graphics have certainly moved on a long way in the intervening 30yrs or so. But my eldest is loving Tekken 2 on the PS1 (though not getting beat!).

Gameboy was a nostalgia trip and a half too.

Will have to dig out the rest of the games for them and see how they do against the eldest's PC games and the youngest's PS5.

Luigi's Mansion on the Game Cube might be a really easy game, but playing it is one of my gaming highlights.

I've been replaying the original Resident Evil trilogy, whilst many aspects are dated they're still very atmospheric. For horror games especially, the limitations of the time give them a very unique, unsettling aesthetic.

Still got my GameCube (along with all the other Nintendo consoles), I remember it was the first one I could buy when it launched as the others we'd have to wait and get second hand when they were cheaper, usually a generation behind!

Love my GC. Super Monkey Ball, Soul Calber 2, Smash Bros Melee and Super Mario Sunshine all great fun.
