Verona and Bardolino

Hi

We're looking at going to Verona ( 2 nights ) and then Bardolino ( maybe a week ), never been before, any Hotel recommendations ?

Two adults, no kids, looking for somewhere nice but not crazy expensive, thanks in advance

Hi, not much help on accomodation as we only spent the day in Bardolino a couple of summers ago, we were staying in Sirmione we found it really quiet during the day compared to Sirmione that was just busy constantly but well worth a trip from Bardolino.

We did a couple of nights in Milan and then got the train really really easy and compared to the UK train service it was brilliant.

Hotel Caesius and thermae Spa, Bardolino.

Fantastic hotel, and the most amazing spa facilities I've used.

Pretty close to Bardolino town centre, but still quiet enough. Nice wee walk to the centre of Bardolino or Lazise the other way!

Very few children.

Love it!

Wife and I have been to Verona seven time in the past 15 years. Always stay at Hotel San Luca. It is down a side street , don't be put off by its outside appearance. Going to be there again this year, already booked, Very well located, maybe 2-3 minutes from the main piazza, restaurants and bus hub.

Loads to see and do in Verona and excellent restaurants too.

We've got a few to look at in Bardolino, so far the Hotel du lac et Bellevue is first in the running

I'll have a look at the San Luca in Verona, sounds great
