The Italians must be way out in front.

I know nothing of bikes, but on four wheels many of the Ian Callum era Jags and Astons are very handsome - DB7, V8 Vantage, Vanquish, X100 XK8, F-Type; and before that the XJ220. Then from Lotus, the Mk1 Elise, and arguably the Emira is one of the better looking contemporary cars. And perhaps the McLaren P1.

That's just the past 40 years, there are obviously a few British classics from the sixties golden era too.

What are you thinking of from Italy to give them the crown?

1. Great Britain (Personal preference really, but Aston, Jag, Mclaren and Bentley do it for me)
2. Italy
3. France or Germany - my pick is germany, but I do love the DS and Chiron so its a tough one

Italian design pulls on the heartstrings in pretty much every era, but I love 90s Japanese and even American from the 30s through to the 60s.

If we can only choose one country and we are covering cars and bikes, it has to be Italy.

Special mention to the UK and USA for cars, and maybe Japan for bikes, but the Italians really are in a league of their own.

How can this even be question?

If it's food we're talking about, then it has to be Japan. Italy's food tastes great but looks like a mess!

Italy for Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani and Alfa.

UK for Mclaren, TVR, Morgan and Rolls Royce.

Looks are subjective though.
