On a recent trip I caught this being advertised: https://share.google/aYyDPVYQWKO0baMkU. A weekly subscription of (130) magazines to build a Golf Mark 1 GTI. Here it is assembled:
I emailed the publisher but they do not ship outside of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. There is no 'buy it now' option. In any case subscription based cost is around 1800 Euros. Does anyone know of a similar (in scale) kit available here?

Pocher do 1:8 models, but only one or two models at a time.
Hatchette do some of the 'complete in 140 issues' models with magazines...not many cars, but have some franchise tie-ins like Batmobile Tumbler and Ford Falcon XBGT (from Mad Max I assume).
My dad buys some items from Agora (claims they're clearance items, so heavily reduced price) - still gets them piece by piece, but they tend to arrive 4 or 8 issues at a time.
