What colour watch don't you have?
Discussion
I tend to gravitate towards black and white dials, and other than my Seiko Pogue and a couple of cheaper light blue watches, I haven't really bought anything too colourful.
Want: I still really want a blue dialed watch, and maybe a green one too. I haven't found one I really like yet. Tudor's slightly dull blue really appeals to me though. I might at some point get an orange diver, although I'm not sure how it will look against my pasty white skin
If Tudor had made a dull blue P39 I definitely would have bought one. It's a shame that CW's blue Lumiere was a tad too big and a tad too bright for me.
Don't Want: Red dials don't appeal to me at all, I've never seen a red watch that I like. Nor do I like champagne/gold coloured dials either.
So what colour dials are you still looking for for your collection? And what colours would you absolutely not wear?

I have two white dials, one black, one green, one silver and three blue.
Want: Champagne dial. Or another silver or another blue. Maybe another green. Or a dark grey.
Don't want: Black. Though weirdly lots of my saved favourites in Chrono 24 have black dials.... Red also doesn't appeal (along with brown) due, mainly to do with my fair complexion which doesn't work well with red hues.

Blue - Vostok Amphibia, Tudor Black Bay 39
White - Schuhren
Black - Fink
Green - Tissot PRX quartz
Silver - Henry
I loathe gold and champagne coloured dials, they aren't my thing. I could have made a yellow dialled Fink but for some reason I thought it looked like a watch for a yachtsman.
For a couple of years I've been tempted by an Omologato Panamericana in "swimming pool", the turquoise they do, but I don't need another quartz watch.

I found Champagne too difficult to read.
For dial clarity I went to blue, and this is a cheap one, but I really like it:-

I've got one, and I've moaned on here before that it's mech-quartz, has a uselss tachymeter (aren't they all?), is called "Swimming Pool" and isn't even waterproof.CoupeKid said:

I used to be like that, the thought of gold or champagne would make me gag, but now this is probably my most worn watch:

I don't own a white watch, apart from maybe a Junghans, I've not seen one I'd really want to own.
Have: I have a lot of black dial monotone watches but my last three purchases have all been more colourful. My tastes were quite bland at first with a Speedy and BB58 and now I have a red, cream and most recently, an emerald green enamel dial. I like to match my clothes to my watches.
Want: I also want a blue dialed watch. I've been obsessing over the Glaschutte Original Pano Reserve blue dial but £9-10k is too much to justify at the minute.
Don't Want: White dials don't do it for me. Anything too garish like pink or yellow dials.

I have cream (ish), green and blue, I think that's it - and that's across Breguet, Rolex, Girard Perregaux, Omega, Grand Seiko and probably some others in the safe that I can't remember. I sold my Aquanaut which was black. So what colour dials are you still looking for for your collection? And what colours would you absolutely not wear?
I wouldn't mind a yellow, would love a white enamel and wouldn't want a red. Thing is, you don't really know until you see one and have to have it.
