Good Health & Fitness Podcasts
Discussion
As I have hit middle age I like this guy's podcast. Some of them are quite long but he has good guests.

It's all about healthier eating, good habits, moving more, trying to be as drug free as possible.

I find if podcasts are about a specific thing they tend to veer off or get quite boring quite quickly, so instead I'd find a general podcaster that you like, then find episodes where they interview nutrition/ fitness experts, I'd recommend Modern Wisdom by Chris Williams.
Andrew Huberman is also good, he's a Doctor and has lot of episodes about specific health issues, he also appears on lots of other people's podcasts.

Peter Attia, Andy Galpin
Agreed. Galpin's multi-part series with Huberman a couple of years is particularly worth checking out.Attia is totally legit (his book is also v good).

I am one of the few; it seems, who like listening to Mike Israetel. I watch him on YouTube, never really sure what a 'podcast' is although I'm sure there is a wide world of veritable feasts available to me should I go and find out one day...
He's an acquired taste. Sometimes his joking can be tiresome and can detract from otherwise decent knowledge/info.Quite a lot of controversy recently re his PhD thesis, somewhat calling into question his credentials. However, he speaks decent sense (for the most part) when he's been interviewed on the aforementioned Modern Wisdom.
Layne Norton (nutrition scientist + powerlifter) has recently launched a podcast. Quote focused on bodybuilding/weight loss but very no nonsense and evidence based.
