Hi all I have a 2019 q2 with 1.5 petrol engine, its a little tappety from the top end and sluggish no warning lights on dash and obd reader not showing any faults . Has anyone else come across this

What do you mean sluggish? More sluggish than usual, or more sluggish than you would expect?

Then expect , it runs out of steam around 60/70 mph its gut less

how long havve you owned the car?

And is it the 130bhp model or 150bhp? My partner has the 130bhp Golf and it does'nt quite have the pep of 30-50 at 60-70 but thats to be expected but its not gutless.

Also, has it had the cambelt done? These are a nightmare to do right on these engines as they need an expensive and specific timing tool thanks to the active cylinder tech. It could be that someones cocked up the timing.
