Returning car to Black Horse, fix damage or pay fee?

I have a Tesla Model 3 Performance on a business PCP and the agreement ends in a couple of months.
I'm giving the car back as it's probably worth £8k or more less than the balloon payment.

I need all four wheels refurbing as the scuffs exceed the wear and tear sizes. Black Horse have this return guide:



In the small print, it says: '2Fixed cost across all vehicle manufacturers and includes age of vehicle calculations for non-maintained contracts.'

Does actually mean it will be a £56 fee to me (per wheel) and won't be any higher as they are 20" wheels?

I did call Black Horse but they seems to have no idea of pricing and told me to call BCA as they are collecting the car. They were even more useless and had no idea either told me contact BH.

So, before I call BH again, has anyone recently returned a car via BH and took the charges for damage and are these prices listed on the pic the actual costs and won't be higher?

If I pay £56 per wheel to BH, that works out much cheaper, and is a lot less hassle on my end than me getting them repaired.

I got some advice on here when returning my Audi on a personal PCP last year. I was stressing over the wheel damage and thinking the set price (like you are seeing) was too cheap to be true and they were 20” wheels too. One wheel was really badly chewed up so got that done by Revive but on the other when BCA came to inspect and collect, ir was indeed the low set price. Others on here at the time advised me to not panic and take the charge which was the right call.

Apologies I cant answer specifically about BH. Others may be able to chip in on them.

4 damaged wheels?

My Lex lease (which is part of Lloyds group so guessing the same back horse) was collected by BCA a few months back I looked into this as at least 3 wheels were scuffed.
The inspector who collected the car said everything was within limits and no charge, true to his word I never heard a peep from them. Which was awesome as it's not what I was expecting.
On previous lease, yes indeed it was cheaper to pay their costs rather than refurb, particularly for diamond cut wheels!

Thanks, £59 is a great price then so won't bother getting them done myself.

Well, Its actually 3 with one borderline and she is the main driver
To be fair, we got the 2022 facelift car which had the new 20" performance wheel design and loads of owners moaned about them saying how easy they were to kerb due to the new design.
Its done close to 70k miles too on mainly crappy B roads and potholed town work with very little motorway driving so Its done some work.
