Macan window issue

Both front windows (2019 macan S) when you hold the button up to shut them ..window goes up then drops down to about half way , the only way I can currently shut them is to time the holding up of the button so that release it as the window gets to the top .Only started happening last few weeks and I have tried the window reset AI suggests to no avail .
Anyone else had this ?

I've had this before on my old Macan. The window switch needs resetting which you've probably already done.

1. Ignition ON, Engine can be off, Dash lights on
2. Fully lower the window
3. Press the window switch down
4. Keep holding it for 5 seconds after the window is fully down
5. Fully raise the window
6. Pull the switch up
7. Keep holding it for 5 seconds after the window is fully closed
8. Release the switch

If this doesn't work you'll need a dealer to reset it or replace the drivers side window module.
