I've used them a couple of times. I was happy with the work that they did.
They're not great at getting back to customers though. Emails and text messages often disappear into a void, and they don't always return phone calls.
My main concern though was that the site isn't particularly secure, as people use it as a cut-through between Bridge Street and Elizabeth Street. On one occasion I was left there on my own while two of the staff took a car down the road for an MOT, and another customer's car was left in the car park with its bonnet open. Anyone passing through with malicious intent could have tampered with it.

Mark Holden has recently spun out into his own independent company now, so there's extra choice locally. I've just been out to see him - based on Princes St industrial estate in Leek (round the back if you do visit). Helpful as ever, and knows Astons inside out, so worth considering.
Trading as "Just Astons", and also doing a couple of car sales (a nice blue manual v8v parked up I saw).
I went to get my A/C checked (bit of a leak, but fine), windows realigned (did it whilst I waited) and...annoying, but glad he spotted it, there's a misfire - so now scheduling in for some new coils+plugs. Which will be a treat for my wallet...but better to get sorted.
