Is opting in - no?
So if I want to opt out of sharing of my personal data I opt in to opting out - no?
If I opt out of opting out of sharing my personal data I'm opting in - no?

How about just giving us the option of yes or no?
No?

I don't recall ever seeing those options. Where is that and how do I get to see it?

I've seen it when using a VPN. Server was USA.

What I suspected. If you're on a VPN outside of the UK/EU/EEA you'll see different options.

Yes I'm not here.
Anyway -

"I want to opt-out of the Sharing of my personal data.
Opted in"

Ignoring the syntax and grammar for now, does the default of being 'Opted in' to the expressed wish "to opt-out of the Sharing of my personal data" mean that I am expressing the wish to share my personal data or not to share my personal data?

Agree or disagree would work.
Yes or no would work.
Opting in or out doesn't work.

Crazy hamsters.

Does that mean that we, in the UK, don't have the option for PH to NOT sell or share our data?

From memory from that screen once you've decided and pressed enter the next screen thanks you and tells you that if you clear your cache memory it resets - ie. opt you out till the next time.

In the UK press "disagree" and nothing will track you. It's as simple as that.

The consent banner shown depends on the market from which the site is accessed. If you load the site in the UK, EU, or EEA, you’ll see a GDPR consent banner. If you access it from the USA (including via a VPN), you’ll be shown a CCPA banner instead.

The OP was seeing the CCPA banner, which is why it looked different.

We use a third-party tool for our legal compliance. It's their wording, not ours, and we don't have a way of customising it.

But, yes, looks like you toggle the option on (blue) to opt out. I agree it's not very straightforward.
