I'm just finishing a career in the stock market and looking at redeploying some capital. Some passive and some active.
On the passive side one area I'm interested in is lending capital (on the small end of the scale) out for Bridging / Dev Finance etc.

I've used development finance before and am currently acting as a private lender so have some knowledge on both sides, in/out fees etc.
Going through lenders on Brickflow I noticed there are a few individuals who appear to be doing similar to what I have in mind.
I wondered if anyone on here has or is doing the same and how they'd got on, is the return worth it etc ?

TIA

I have a business associate you might like to chat with. He runs a car finance business which seems to fit into the criteria you're looking for.

Your profile doesn't permit emails so send me one and I'll introduce you.

Hi, recently I started working with 2 gents on this sort of thing as well. Ping me a DM and I'll send over an email with the sorts of things we look at and you can see if it is aligned to where you'd like your exposure. We do have 2 bridge loans in play at the moment.
