Tayna Batteries - what's going on?

Has anybody ordered from Tayna recently?

I ordered a battery earlier this week and I've heard nothing. Usually they do next working day delivery, however I haven't heard anything. Tried calling them earlier this afternoon and couldn't get through to anyone.

Few people on their Facebook page have said they're having similar issues with orders not turning up or being dispatched in a reasonable amount of time.

That's not good. I always buy batteries from there.

I ordered a battery on the 28th via eBay (BF discount code was very good) and have yet to receive it, although tracking claims it was out for delivery today.

Possibly they had too good a sale and are catching up? Hope so, I've not had issues with them before.

I got one a couple of months ago, and despite placing the online order at about 3.:00pm it was dispatched before 6:00. Usually I've had next day delivery but this time it was the day after, thanks to the couriers.

It’s a busy time of year for batteries, we have gone from the odd one per month to around 10 in the last 2 weeks.

If you want a battery in a hurry this time of year buy locally- or just go to euros.

Dare say many of the issues are down to the various courier companies, probably still catching up with fake black friday sales and heading into the Christmas panic.

I had an issue but it was DPD's fault and Tayna were really good sorting it out
