Hi guys, I've bought a Valvetronic remote valve controller to all full open/close control of OEM muffler flaps. Where does the control unit get fitted, is it beside valves or a particular ECU? Says installation is plug and play.

Any help appreciated

If it's like most of them it needs to go near the valves by the rear exhaust boxes

Installed today. Not too difficult one solenoid/vacuum lines traced. Will post some pics later.

Sounds AMAZING!

Valvetronic valve controller is as plug and play as you get for a 599. Hardest part was locating the vacuum solenoid which was tucked up beside rear shock tower on passenger side (UK car). This did require removal of rear undertray to gain access.
Once located it was simply a case of unplugging solenoid electrical plug and inserting the Valvetronic device in line and grounding the earth wire to nearby bolt. Slightly fiddly but manageable with car in air.
