Just a shame Mr Kastrati didn't trip & get a bit of nominative determinism.

Also a shame so many charges had to be deleted due to basic procedural cockup.

"Albanian national" - classic case where he should be offered permanant deportation in lieu of sentencing. In a case where a drunk nutter goes mad getting rid of him is more important than punishing/detering people.

Sounds like they were definitely trying to get him off on a techniciality... "wasn't provided an Albanian interpreter" penny to a pound he can speak English better than a lot of the locals...
