What fresh hell is this?
Discussion
I've been thinking about this, and have differing views.
As a retired car dealer, it isn't something I'd do.
Buying, it wouldn't stop me buying a car, but would expect it to be refunded if the car had issues that stopped me buying it.
When I entered the motor trade in the late 80's there were always people just test driving cars for something to do on a Sunday afternoon, it was frustrating for the sales staff.
In the end the boss banned test drives for a while, but that certainly lost us some sales, but not all.
Love the bit about not answering with held numbers, and texts. I used to be the same.
My adverts read "for the quickest response give me a call, I don't sit in front of my computer all day"
