I've been thinking that it's a while since I got something shiny, and I can't get the idea of a Piaget Polo out of my head.

I dont see many coming up on the wrist check or incoming threads, does anyone here have one? New they're a little expensive, but second hand they seem to be bargains.

The current desire:

I’ve had this one an altiplano for a couple years. There are a few others on my watch list. I got this on a whim to celebrate a promotion and love it. I read somewhere they along with JLC donate/make movements for some of Ralph Lauren’s watches.

Stallone has a nice one in tulsa king. Think it s the polo but looks slightly different to that one you’ve got in your pic.

I think they’re pretty nice and have a good history but are very overshadowed by the similar designed Nautilus.

That's why they appeal biggrin

I always enjoy the lesser known stuff, the fact it's not a Nautilus is a (very small) part of the desire to own one. That said, I'd also like a Nautilus, alas I cannot afford one. The Piaget would be nice at a tenth the price.

You and me both. I've always had a bit of a hankering for a Piaget - but not quite enough of one to slap the dosh down!

A Piaget or this? Both are on my radar.

I caddied for Helga Pieget at the Alfred Dunhill in 2005.
Nice lady, nice watches.
