Milwaukee "One Key"

I have an aging collection of Makita cordless stuff, and being bored, with too much spare cash thought it was about time to sort out the tool collection.
Use case is quite frequent as i do 99% of my own jobs and a few for friend and family.
Being a complete noob to this brand i would look at their mid range(?) products and it seems most of these come with the One-Key feature.
So, is it worth the extra for this or is it a case of they all come with it now anyway?
