D3s headlight upgrade Macan

So I have a 2017 Macan with PLDS and it runs the D3S lamps / bulbs, I have already put in new OEM units from Osram as I had assumed the ones fitted were original and may have degraded.
The Osram OEM units were £60 for a pair from Amazon
This was quite easy to do as they are a straight swap, the light output is ever so slightly better but can definitely be improved on.
So no my quandary is do I spend out more on the top flight Osram night breaker Lazer super duper ones or would LED D3S units be a better option?
Has anyone put any kind of LED ones in and has anyone put LED H7 units in the cornering lights?
