CarPlay Motorised Screen

I've been enjoying driving my Z4M over the past week or so but bluetooth is so old I can't work out how to connect an iPhone, it doesn't have DAB, the pop up screen and interface is so s
te and the headunit itself has no screen, it's started to annoy me in a way it never really did when I just used it for the odd sunny blast.
So looking at replacing the standard crappy headunit with a single DIN with a motorised screen and Apple CarPlay built in.
So many to choose from, from sub-£200 to £600 for a Pioneer thing.
I only need to be able to play some music, answer the phone and occasionally use Waze.
Happy with s cheap Chinese thing if it works, I'd need a wiring harness and a fascia adapter plate I assume. It only has standard audio, no subs and amps, which should make it easier.
