a good use of police time?

Is it just me, or has anyone else wanted to put a number plate sized bit of card with rude suggestion on over their rear number plate, and set a gatso off? Maybe it's just me But back to your point, my friend who's in the police said just recently a gatso picture is circlating the Mets e-mail with a bike that set off a gatso, the riders pulling a wheelie so the plate cant be seen, and the pillion passenger is turned around flicking a "V" Aparently it looks really good.
