Think this 350Z an easy fix?

Hey guys, looking to buy a toy for a garage build. I always wanted a 350Z, and I think they will never be cheaper than now. Do you think it's a relatively easy repair? I do have some engine work experience, but it will be my first take on the body repair.

SO I bought it! Can't wait for it to arrive, already eying some parts. Found this spoiler, it's pictured on a roadster, do you guys know if its going to fit on the hardtop as well?
