Club Alpine Renault

Anyone on here a member of Club Alpine RenauIt (C.A.R)? I met a guy a couple of weeks ago who owns a gorgeous A610 and he was telling me about various events they organise and mentioned there were quite a few modern A110s in the club, so I'm probably going to sign up

I'm a modern A110 owner and am a member and will continue with it.
They don't offer a great number of events but some are very good, this year I attended the Goodwood Members meeting through them and was part of the track parade celebrating 70 years of Alpine.
They were also part of the event at Dieppe this summer.
There's also club magazine that comes out quarterly, I think, usually has a few interesting articles.

I've thought about joining, but haven't yet. I see there's also a Renault Alpine Owners Club - has anyone joined that? Anyone know the difference between the two clubs?
