Help with DGT car report?

Hi All,

Is anyone out there with a NIE/DNI able to run a DGT report on my car VIN for me?

Trying to get some data on my car history and I cant get a cl@ve app to work without a NIE/DNI.......

Hopefully that all makes sense to someone Spanish!

Use carfax instead surely?
