I know people who meet the targets every day, but surely that just means they have set them too low? How often feels right to you? If it is too easy then does that not miss the point?
I usually close mine 5-6 days a week. I've set them just high enough that it's a bit of a challenge but not unrealistic. On days I don't hit them, it's usually because of long work hours or travel. I'd rather miss occasionally than set them too easy
