I've never heard his show but he's one of those angry old red faced types who has a show on Talk.

This is brilliant.

Ah yes I meant to look for a thread on this. He is famous for the video where he claimed you can grow concrete. The person he was interviewing simply said nothing in response, there was an awkward silence and he then cut them off.

Anyway, on this incident, somebody noticed that the photo on a Twitter post was taken at the same time as the (hacked) Facebook one, but a second or two before. Therefore the "hacker" didn't just repost existing content from elsewhere, they would have needed access to his phone's camera roll.

Is it possible that he has an app for posting on social media (on multiple platforms at once)?

Yeah I did wonder why "Concrete" was trending on X.

He seems thoroughly unpleasant.

Also pretty sure most platforms will send a "you logged in from a new device" type message.

It's not looking too good for him is it.

I regularly watch/listen to Mike Graham on Talk TV and think he's fantastic, and I am 100% sure that he would never post racist content online or anywhere else. He may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I'm sure he will be cleared of any wrongdoing very soon. Innocent until proved guilty and all that.

As for the concrete thing: he'd run a story about a company in the USA that had developed a process for growing a concrete substitute, essentially mimicking the way that coral grows. He could have made that clearer, but does anyone really think that he believes traditional concrete is 'grown'? Come on, you may not share his politics but he's an intelligent bloke and a respected journalist.

Edited to add: if he did genuinely post that, then I would completely change my opinion of him and hope he never broadcasts again.

There's also sign in/session logs in Facebook that a user can access, and you can probably get a solicitor to request metadata related to a specific post.

I imagine they suggested they might want him to do that to clear his name, which, if he did in fact post it, might have meant he confessed.

There's no way he's stupid enough to post anything like that. I'd say he's been hacked.

Two almost identical (taken about a second apart) photos were posted, one to X, one to Facebook, at the same time.

Yet somehow the FB post was not by him. What are the odds that someone would hack his account, be in the same place as him and happen to take a photo at the same time as him, then upload it?

He said his account was accessed not hacked. It is so far out of character I personally believe him. No doubt it will all come out in the wash but I would hold off on your celebratory dance for now.

He has "broken his silence" with a tweet "Burning down the house 😎" and a picture of a log fire.

In the early days of FB it was called "Frape"
Anyone leaving their computer open and logged in was fair game.
It was a bit "anything goes" back in the day. The more appalling the post the funnier you were considered and the more kudos you earned.
People learned to switch off and log off the hard way.
Thinking back some of the stuff I posted could have landed my victims in jail nowadays (me if I'd got caught) and considering it was done in the workplace HR would have a field day.

Probably best if you stick to making excuses for people using the P word.

You seem to be a lot better at that than you are at reading.

Brake fader seems to be the only one mentioning gammon in this thread to me. Considering on the other thread he wasn't sure that P*** was an insult, and came up with "bounty bar" as another one, then I think sensible, non frothing PHers like me recognise who the dodgy one is here.

All we need now is a rofl from 119 and my bingo card is full.
