Need help navigating a company redundancy at senior level and would welcome recommendations for a solicitor in the Leeds/Halifax/W Yorks area.

My principle question relates to negotiation of ex-gratia payments for loss of office and what to ask for vs what they've offered (1 month on top of statutory, PILON, etc)
