Anyone know the service Intervals for the Audi Q3 2.0 TFSI 2022 auto black edition ? We test drove one today on 37k miles at a Evans Halshaw byd dealership

first service at 18kmiles including oil change

Next service and oil change at 28k miles

The dealership have also carried out a oil change at 37k miles

The only question mark is first oil change at 18k miles , is this right ?

Also any more advice regarding this model much appreciated.

Thanks

It probably started off on a long life service schedule and then was moved to a 10k/1year schedule.

I had this same engine in a Q3 a few years ago. A quick remap sees them troubling a Golf R or an Audi S3.

Go to the Audi website:

When should I service my Audi & how it works

How often do I need to service my Audi?
Servicing your Audi depends on a number of factors like age, fuel type, driving style and annual mileage. Some service elements such as brake fluid are required on a fixed time schedule, while other elements such as oil servicing are based on time or distance. You can view our recommended service schedules for your Audi or speak to your local Audi Centre for advice. You can also check your manual by entering your VIN or logging in with your myAudi account.

Thanks for your replies !

also , with the maintenance history , the BYD evans halshaw center just showed us screenshots of the work done from the Audi system showing just.

"oil change with inspection"

i gather that is the official maintenance proof unlike the old school printouts

Worth checking, but at 40k miles I think it may be due for spark plugs, haldex oil change, gearbox oil change - if it's a 4wd automatic.

Thanks for the info ,

I thought the major service was at 60k?

This is correct for a lot of AUdis.

Send me your chassis number if you'd like to see the factory schedule specific to your car.

2020 I leased a Q5 for 3 years.

I looked at both Q3 and Q5 at the dealers. At that time (just before covid) I wasn't sure if I would buy or lease.
Anyway to me the Q5 and Q3 felt worlds apart in quality with the Q5 a massive step up.

exactly this , somehow our Q5 is only £295 to tax for the year ! and the build quality is awesome. The space is amazing and i feel the car offers everything from luxury through to practicality. The tyres are massive so potholes are less of a problem and the engine offers plenty of torque from the perfect ride on motorways, streets and A roads. I really feel i have made the right choice.

What did you get for your money OP? I can't make up my mind between a newer Q3 or an older Q5!
