5th Gear Graunching

I'm new to Emira, and indeed Lotus, ownership, coming from an Aston V8 Vantage (2013 vintage).
The car I've bought still has 7 months warranty (Lotus bankruptcy notwithstanding), but I thought I'd ask you guys whether there is an easy fix for 5th gear graunching when the car has been given a spirited drive for an hour or so. Additives or linkage adjustment maybe?
OK, the gearbox/linkage on these cars are not great overall and need time to "breathe" between shifts (no advance on the Aston box then!), but nothing I've tried, including double de-clutching on the upshift (which used to work on the 50's Jag Moss box) makes any difference. The down shift into 5th is fine.
Thoughts anyone?
