Hi guys,
Let me start by saying I know nothing about motorbikes, but have been asked
by one of my clients who knows I am a petrolhead if I can reccomend a classic triumph bike
that they want to buy as a gift for around the £10k ~£15k mark.
Bike can be new retro model or an older bike, and the great escape Steve McQueen bike was mentioned as a guideline.
Any ideas . ?
Many thanks,Paul

Do you know if the recipient is actually going to ride it?

If the Steve McQueen bike is the baseline, a new Triumph Scrambler is easily within that budget.

Unless it's going to be ridden regularly and he's mechanically minded a classic is not a good idea, imho. Carbs don't like sitting around.
