I have to go north after the games and for the odd occasions I drive these are three options I've used quite happily:
1. Dukes Aldridge Academy (parking on the school playground)

Pros: Seconds from the ground (east side), bookable in advance, used for VIP shuttle drop offs you often get to see some famouses
Cons: a bit wiggly to get to, lots of traffic on the way out (but at least you are in your car in the warm with the radio on etc)
2. Imperial House Car Park (Car Park for an office block set back off Willoughby Lane)

Pros: One of the many pop up cash car parks on match day, secure, can usually get a space, outside the road closure zone so can get away promptly after the game, 15 mins walk to the stadium (so like walking from Northumberland Park station)
Cons: Not the biggest car park so fills up quickly, doesn't stay open for hours after the final whistle for evening games so check with the security guard what time he's locking the gates
3. Cheshunt (the Park and ride option!) - huge car park near the station then 15 mins on the Overground south to White Hart Lane
Pros: Very easy to get on to the M25, after the game you are travelling opposite direction to most of the crowds as they get Overground southbound to Liverpool Street whereas you are heading north
Cons: It isn't "parking near the stadium", it's a train ride to get to your car after the game
These are three I've personally used, there are obviously myriad other options and using parking apps as well. I think there is some matchday parking at Ikea and Tesco near Meridian Water, as well as Middlesex Hospital near the north circular. Traffic in the area is a complete nightmare on matchdays so if you can, arrive early and leave late. The stadium opens 2 hours before kick off for general admission and 3 hours before kick off for hospitality, and stays open about 1.5 hours afterwards so if you are not in a rush to get away, staying as long as possible afterwards is the way to do it.

Be careful using the parking apps which allow members of the public to rent their drive for the duration of the match, all roads are closed around the area and you'll be stuck.
Plenty of parking at local overground stations and then a short tube journey, followed by a refreshing walk.
