Wrapping an Aston

This is currently just a wild idea as I'm fussy about colours and I've been waiting a year for the right combination to come up without success. But now I see a car with the perfect interior and just the wrong colour exterior.

As I know nothing about wrapping hopefully someone here can help with these questions...

Is it feasible to consider wrapping a Vanquish Volante?
If so would the resulting surface resemble paint or plastic?
Does it change the colour completely? - ie is the wrap 100% opaque?
How many Ks might it cost?
Is it a completely stupid idea?

I expect the answers will put me off but I like to rule things in or out!
