DB9 & Bluetooth Module

I've been able to connect to and use my iPhone in the DB9, via the Bluetooth module. I've just upgraded the iPhone, so have gone to pair the new phone with the car only to be told that there are too many phones paired and I need to do some housekeeping.

...the only problem is that I don't appear to have the menu options available to do so.

I'm guessing there's a missing 'tick-box' somewhere buried within the car's configuration. Anyone know how I can get to it, to enable it?
