Hurricane on M54

So I passed this today on the M54, heading towards RAF Cosford. It looked in relatively straight condition and still had the engine in it, being towed behind an old Land Rover 

Bit of digging online suggests it’s owned by a company in Ohio?!
Looks like it’s got a platform/steps on the side of it so I assume it was heading towards the Museum? Anyone know the story behind it?
