F12 First proper road trip
Discussion
I've had the F12 for a few months but have just spent 4 days in Scotland enjoying the great roads around the borders and then heading up to the highlands and specifically the road through Glenshee and on up to Grantown.
Amazing roads and stunning scenery.
I have now properly gelled with the F12 and it's amazing. Some may remember I swapped my 458 Spider for the F12. I bloody love it, it's utterly fantastic, stupidly fast and a properly great driving car. I don't regret the swap at all. It's got two personalities, calmish GT, as long as you watch the speed, and then flip into manual and let it off the leash.
As much as I am looking forward to getting back into the 720, I know I am going to miss this at the same time. I definitely have the perfect garage, it's just shame I can't drive both at the same time. Oh and then there's the air cooled 911, that needs driving
There's not enough time in the day.
I'm planning an Alps trip for next year in the F12 and really can't wait.

Again you have the best colour, really suits the F12 even more than the 458,
The F12 to me is the modern 275GTB /Daytona at a fraction of the price

We’ve just come back from ten days in the F12 down to Monza. Drove down via the Black Forest and over the Spluegen Pass (not ideal F12 territory as it’s quite an old and tight pass (51 hairpins on the way down…)), four days in Milan as a base for the GP, then a couple of days on Lake Garda via the Mille Miglia museum and home via Alsace and Champagne. We did just under 2000 miles. Was a fantastic trip and the F12 was epic.
