I'm looking for a suggestion for "something" to apply to the car to allow for easier cleaning and hopefully keep the car looking good.

In the past I've washed and applied carnauba wax but i don't have the time or inclination to do this anymore.

I was looking at products from Gtechniq and Gyeon, but it seems the last application needs 12hrs of not getting wet and not being blessed with a useable garage this is a bit of a show stopper.

Are there any other products i can look at?

A pressure washer lamce applied ceramic is easiest really, something like bilt hamber touch on.
Gyeon wet coat is also good and does not need a pressure washer lance.
Still hard to beat a good wax applied once every 6 months though really.

I think the Autoglym Polar range is great. Sure there are numerous concoctions on the market, some with astronomical prices (remember Zymol?) but I'm no longer persuaded by the latest/greatest thing. For the money, I'm happy with results - and it's bloody easy to use and quite quick.

Cheap as chips, easy to apply and forgiving of ham fisted amateur hour application techniques (mine), Car Plan No 1 Super Gloss.

I apply this sparingly to my truck cab roughly every 6 months, its just about due again as truck is coming up to 18 months and 185k kms, get washed several times a week with TFR (bulk food tanker) yet despite this the paintwork is still shiny and smooth to the touch compared to the rest of the same batch of vehicles.
Can't think of a harsher test.

Autoglym rapid ceramic seems to get very good reviews too, they get forgotten about but still make great products in reality.
