It is based on British intelligence that 'suspects' that 'some' of the road side bombs in iraq 'may' have come from Iran!

I thought the UK, Germany, and France were working this one. A few more stern memorandums and 10 to 12 more years of negotiations should make them see reason or at least send them running in confusion.
