Renault Clio radio troubles

I’ve got 2025 Clio Hybrid that I’ve had for a couple of months.

Recently the radio has been acting up. You can go into the car and it works perfectly, the next time…nothing.

All the presets are there, the volume control looks like it’s working but no sound. It’s definitely not the mute button either as you can see it going off and on.

Any ideas before I take it back to the dealer. Unfortunately it’s one of those problems that when they try it, it’s quite liable to work perfectly.

2025 car, go straight to the dealer. Forget any other course of action.

Is it DAB because the DAB signal is very variable and can drop out frequently. The BBC channels have the strongest & most reliable carriers.

Sounds like a similar issue to my 24 Clio Hybrid. I initially did a reset on it but still occurs occasionally. Do you find this happens more often when it's damp / it rains by any chance?
