Army driving classes, 1950s!
Discussion
I’ve just come across my late father’s National Service discharge papers from the late 1950s. He was in the RAOC and passed his DVR B III & IV tests which I think relate to driving: does anyone know what this entitled him to drive, the internet is reluctant to tell me. He rose to the dizzying rank of Corporal and his military conduct was ‘Very good’, way to go Dad!
