my 2024 m240 just received an idriveumad over the air upgrade
the voice activation can now take me directly to the lane departure menu and it's only one touch to turn it off
alternatively, my programmed short cut can take me to it as ever, but again it's now only one touch to turn it off
here's hoping a later upgrade allows me to turn it off permanently !

As of (IIRC) 2019 by law they have to default to on.
